Items eligible to be returned must qualify due to damage during production or transit from shop to customer. Returns must be received by store owner before any refund is issued. Items that do not qualify for a return (i.e. Final Sale/Clearance items) will be listed as such in the item's listing description. Any issues with this policy are asked to be brought up to the shop owner to be resolved as best as possible before any other action is taken.
