All sales are final. Each product is custom or made to order. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you need before your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please message me and we will work out a solution together.

REFUNDS:
At this time, refunds are on a case by case basis so please contact me. I am not respondible for any damages caused during shipping or lost shipments. Please contact USPS about any lost packages. Should any parcel return to me for any reason not my own, say by buyer putting wrong address or by not picking it up from local post office in timely manner, I will not issue a refund. If this happens the purchase is considered forfeit and I reserve the right to resell it.
