I've been crafting since I was a wee one. Crafting is therapeutic for me as a disabled creator and time and again I have had friends and family tell me to sell some of my finished items online instead of just donating them. Previous ventures into the world of online shops were not successful, yet here I am trying again.

WhimZ's N FunZ's comes from the fact that each item listed usually was made on a whim because that's what I felt like making. And most items do not follow a written pattern so though they may look the same, to a point, each one is unique.

WhimZ's N FunZ's only has one person behind the scenes doing everything from product design, production, online site management, fulfillment, etc. That person also has other adulting obligations in the real world. So, I ask that all interested parties please have some patience and understanding.

RETURNS:
I am just one person, not Amazon. At this time I will not accept returns. All sales are final.


REFUNDS:
I am just one person, not Amazon. At this time, refunds are on a case-by-case basis. I am not responsible for damages during shipping or lost shipments. The most I can offer for a lost shipment for non-insured International Buyers is a 50% refund for the price of the items in the order but International Buyers must wait 2 months after confirmed shipment before requesting a refund to allow time for potentially delayed packages. Domestic Buyers, please contact USPS or UPS about lost or damaged packages. I also do not issue refunds for parcels returned to me as a result of not getting picked up from local post offices in a timely manner. Each post office is different. Should this happen, the purchase is considered forfeit and I reserve the right to resell it or do otherwise. Orders returned to me due to border closures and mail service shenanigans otherwise not mentioned will be resent as soon as they reopen/resolve.
